What is the difference in financial years between Germany and the UK?
In Germany the financial year runs from 1st January to 31st December. In the UK the financial year for a company runs from the date the company was formed . We can change the financial year so that it runs in conjunction with your German company.
Do financial year and VAT periods coincide?
Sometimes companies’ VAT periods don’t run in conjunction with the financial year end . This can be problematic when preparing the accounts as it’s not readily apparent what the VAT balance at the year end is . We can change the VAT periods so that they run in line with the financial year end.
Can you help with worldwide disclosure?
